Aviation Reproduction was founded in 2005 and quickly received a contract to design and build the first Dash 8 Cabin Crew Trainer for FlightSafety International.

The company is comprised of skilled personnel with expertise in: Aviation Training, Computer Programming and Design, Aviation Mechanics and Interior Design.

Our Instructor Operation Stations are designed with the operator in mind. The IOS is designed to be straight forward and user friendly so that the Instructor can focus their attention on the Training at hand. Designs of Instructor Operating Stations are expandable allowing for ease of upgrades to meet operator, emerging requirements and changing Aircraft configurations.

Trainers come with a wide and extensive list of Malfunctions such as:

• Door Jamming Options
• Smoke in various aircraft zones
• Lighting and Communication Malfunction
• Full Lavatory Smoke Detector controls

Our Trainers are equipped with full Interphone communications.

For added fidelity the Trainer can be programmed with endless sounds to simulate a wide range of aircraft noises such as:

• Engine operation and failures
• Landing and takeoff sounds
• Weather sounds such as rain, thunder and hail
• Crash sounds
