Aviation Reproduction Inc. has manufactured an Airbus A320 Door Trainer and slides to a brand-new training center in Manila, Philippines.

The newest addition to World Aviation Partners and Training Center Inc.'s facility, this L1 and OWE door trainer with evacuation slides adds a number of features to help create a realistic training environment to simulate specific scenarios, as well as training students for regular procedures.

Manila A320 Trainer

  • Fully operational A320 L1 Exit (including power-assist), and A320 Over-Wing Exit

  • Door malfunctions (jamming, hard to open, power assist failure, indicator failure)

Tokyo A320 L1 & OWE Trainer

Aviation Reproduction Inc. manufactured an Airbus A320 Door Trainer for Jetstar Airways Japan. This is the second door trainer ARI has manufactured and shipped to Asia.

It features a cabin mock-up of the left side fuselage from the main entry to the over-wing exit. The trainer is fully representational of Jetstar’s aircraft configuration which allows training of their crew to exact specifications. The doors function as per the aircraft and are additionally equipped with visual cues indicating a ‘water ditching’ or ‘fire on landing’ scenario. A simulated slide deployment feature is also added.

Toronto Seneca A320 Aircraft Procedures Trainer

The room includes various features to help provide teachers and students with a realistic training environment, all within a comfortable and controlled classroom setting.
