Aviation Reproduction Inc. has delivered a Bombardier Q300/Q400 Cabin Trainer to FlightSafety's training center in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As the first leader of our fleet, this cabin trainer has been in seamless operation for almost 20 years. This multi-model cabin trainer adds a number of features to help create a realistic training environment to simulate all customer-specified scenarios, through innovative design and engineering.

Canada Q400 Cabin Trainer

  • Able to switch between Q300 or Q400 training modes

  • Fully operational L1 Exit, Over-Wing Exits, Type II/III Exit, and AFT Galley Exits

  • Door malfunctions (door jam, handle jam) on the L1 Exit, Type II/III Exit, and AFT Galley Exits

  • Fully functional FAP, cabin lights, advisory lights, PSU's and emergency exit lights

  • Chimes and background/scenario sound effects

Specific features include:

  • Simulated fire and water obstructions (visual cues) on exits

  • Fully functional flight attendant handsets (aircraft), and flight deck/instructor handsets (generic)

  • Five-zone smoke function, allowing realistic fire simulation from single or multiple sources (galley, lav, floor, bins, cockpit)

  • Capable of simulating multiple communications and lighting malfunctions
