Aviation Reproduction Inc. has delivered a multi-model cabin trainer to the DFW Airport’s training facility.

This multi-model cabin trainer can be configured to operate as four different types of OWE door trainers, depending on the needs of the clients. The fuselage and L1 exit are based on a Gulfstream G-II, with additional OWEs from Global Express, Falcon 2000, G-II, and G650. An additional number of features are included to help create a realistic training environment to simulate all customer-specified scenarios, through innovative design and engineering.

DFW Gulfstream

  • Able to switch between six different corporate jet OWE models for training

  • Custom-designed galley, upholstery, and visual animations

  • Fully operational L1 Exit, and nine Over-Wing Exits with door malfunction features

  • Fully functional FAP, cabin lights, advisory lights, PSU's and emergency exit lights

  • Advanced audio system

  • Visual simulation scenarios

  • Instructor operating station and functional communication from the cockpit to cabin crew

  • Five-zone smoke function, allowing realistic fire simulation from single or multiple sources (galley, cabin, floor, baggage, cockpit)
